Learn Adobe Indesign

Are there free tutorials for InDesign or help for layouts?

I went to school for graphic design and learned a bit about InDesign and a tad on Quark but havent really used it since. I want to brush up on my skills and discover tips and tricks as well as ideas on layouts, etc.
I also just bought a book from Adobe on InDesign but are there tutorials as good as www.good-tutorials.com?

I found www.lynda.com to have some great tutorials. she sells books, books with video cds and sample projects, or an online video library.
